  • Season 2022- RCB vs GT: Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Gujarat Titans met for their first battle for the 43rd game of IPL 2022 at the Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai. Royal Challengers Bengaluru won the toss and chose to bat first, scoring 170 runs in the process. However, the Gujarat Titans managed to score 174 runs and won by 6 wickets with 3 balls to spare. It was very challenging for GT to chase down the target, but their top batters, David Miller (39*), Rahul Tewatia (43*), and Shubman Gill (31), led them to a successful run chase. Rahul Tewatia was named the man of the match. 
  • Season 2022- RCB vs GT: Both teams met again in 2022 season to play the second cricket match on 19th May 2022 at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. After winning the toss, Gujarat Titans decided to bat first. Royal Challengers leveled the score by winning the second match by winning with 8 wickets. RCB made 170/2 in 18.4 overs, whereas GT scored 168/5 in 20 overs. Hardik Pandya (62*) and David Miller (34) were the top players for GT. The top batters for RCB were Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis, and Glenn Maxwell performed outstandingly. Virat Kohli was named the man of the match. 
  • Season 2023- RCB vs GT: RCB and GT face off each other to play the season’s 70th game in May 2023 on their home ground. Gujarat Titans won the toss and elected to bat first, and also won the match by 6 wickets with 5 balls to spare. Virat Kohli’s 101 runs in just 61 balls allowed the team to score a total of 197 runs. The GT’s top batters who led this victory over RCB were Shubman Gill and Vijay Shankar. 
  • Season 2024- RCB vs GT: On 28th April 2024, GT hosted the season’s 45th game at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. Royal Challengers Bengaluru won this match by 9 wickets with 24 balls remaining. GT’s Sai Sudharsan made 84* runs in 49 balls and led his team to a total score of 200. However, RCB easily chased the target in 16 overs with the loss of 1 wicket. Virat Kohli and Will Jacks were the top batters for RCB. Will Jacks won the man of the match after showcasing his batting prowess and hitting a century.

RCB and GT played their second match of the season on 4th May 2024 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. The hosts won the toss and elected to field first, and won the 52nd game by 4 wickets with 38 balls remaining. Mohammed Siraj won the man of the match. The RCB scored 152 runs in 13.4 overs with the loss of 6 wickets thanks to the superb performances of Virat Kohli (42) and Faf du Plessis (64*).

  • Season 2025- RCB vs GT: RCB and GT encountered each other in IPL season 18 on 2nd April 2025 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. On the RCB’s home field, GT won the toss and chose to bowl first and won by 8 wickets with 13 balls remaining. Unbeaten Jos Buttler led his team to win over RCB by making 73 runs in a total of 170 runs with the loss of 2 wickets. Mohammed Siraj took 3 wickets in 4 overs and won the man of the match.
